Privately Funded
Where public funding (see below) is not available due to your financial circumstances or because your case is an excluded case, our private rates are competitive. We are also happy to discuss with you alternative ways of paying your costs.
Publicly Funded (Legally Aided)
If you satisfy the means test for entitlement to legal aid, and your case is not an excluded case, we can assist you under the public funding scheme. This should mean that our services will be free of charge or low financial contributions towards your legal costs. Please not statutory charge may apply in your case whereby the Legal Services Commission claws back the legal aid that it had given you.
Alternative Funding Scheme (No Win No Fee Agreements)
We do not currently offer our services on a “No Win No Fee” basis.
